Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were big enough with many amenities, ample, featuring a bay window sitting area, and excellent views of the city skyline, but they were too hot at 75 degrees both day and night. The service was a bit off, as some staff were indifferent, and I had to seek service at the bar after waiting in the lounge. On the bright side, the service was professional and friendly overall. The location was fantastic, being close to the old city center along the riverside, with a wonderful view of the old city and the river. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with an extremely good selection of fresh foods but occasional lapses in service quality. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel offers a brilliant location with picturesque glass views of the city and full-featured facilities. It is perfect for discovering Lübeck, whether for business or pleasure. The dining experience, while offering fresh and tasty options, could be improved for more comfort. The service is friendly and very helpful, with a minor setback of initial waiting time. The room comfort is decent, with some rough bedding and worn towels, but overall satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-equipped with coffee making facilities, and impeccably clean with a fantastic shower. Being situated near the elevator was convenient, though some noise could be heard as it was close to the end of the hotel. The location was perfect, especially for those arriving by car, and the breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace was delightful. However, the service was a bit hit or miss with some delays and lack of attention from the wait staff at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near the main attractions. However, the service was a bit strange at times, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations.
